Added a TypeRegistrar to CommandAppTester
exposed as a public property.
For convenience, and to keep the similarity to the real CommandApp
it is also available in the ctor of CommandAppTester.

Moved analyzer tests to its own project
Also moves tests to `./test` which makes it possible
for all test projects to share the same .editorconfig
files and similar.
