+semver: major merged netstandard2.0 upgrade and updated all packages. Also had to change identity server test due to scope deduping and put a few awaits in.

Ocelot documentation

The folder contains the documentation for Ocelot.

We are using Read the docs to host the documentation and the rendered version can be found here.
